Prelaunch information about the shipping and returns policies that will apply when ordering opens.
Effective July 10, 2026
Prelaunch: Ordering is disabled. Final shipping rates, carriers, processing times, temperature-control practices, geographic restrictions, and return eligibility will be published before checkout opens.
Planned fulfillment standards
- Orders will not be accepted for products that are not physically in stock and verified.
- Customers will receive an order confirmation and tracking information when available.
- Address changes will not be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
- Delivery estimates will be estimates, not guarantees.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
After launch, customers will be instructed to contact Lorion Labs promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the package, shipping label, and affected items.
Returns
Because laboratory materials may have handling, storage, contamination, and chain-of-custody concerns, final return eligibility will be defined before launch. No return should be sent without written authorization.
